Kalyan Das obtained his M.Tech in Rubber Technology from IIT, Kharagpur after completion of B.Tech in Polymer Technology from Calcutta University. He has more than 27 years of experience in Rubber industry covering both Technical as well as Sales & Business Development. Has more than 13 years of experience in Tyre industry and worked for Birla Tyres. He is specialized in Compounding and has got Process-Technical experiences in Mixing, Tyre Building and Curing. Moreover, having approx. 4 years of experience in Rubber Chemicals industry. Since 2010, working with GRP Ltd, the largest manufacturer and exporter of Reclaim Rubber in India as Head – Sales & Business Development (General Rubber Goods). He is instrumental in establishing different Reclaimed Rubber grades in different applications globally & how to get benefits out to it.
