Mr E. Palaninathan have M.Sc Degree in Chemistry from IIT Madras & M.Tech in Rubber technology from IIT Kharagpur (IIT->Indian Institute of Technology). He served for short Period as Examiner of Patents for Indian Patents. He has passion on applied science / Technology over academic research. He choose to work in a leading Non-Tyre,company Fenner (I) Ltd . He has in-depth exposure in various Technical functions such as Factory -Technical, Process control, Laboratory, Compounding, Raw material specification, Alternate material, Product Development, Process improvement & Trouble shooting. He had worked in three locations of the company in different capacity. Plant Technical manager ,Head of the plant manufacturing Oilseal & Moulded rubber product & General manager material technology & innovation., He has sustained long continuous service for 34 Yrs in rubber product industry. He was involved in Academic board of Anna University ( MIT) & Indian Rubber Institute Chennai. He has delivered Technical lectures in various forums.
